A snapshot about you!
I moved to Far North Queensland in 2002 after falling in love with the area on holiday. I was extremely attracted to the lifestyle after spending a lot of my adult working life working in busy City CBD’s. Since arriving in Cairns I have spent my working days in venues next to the water with amazing views over Trinity inlet – never tire of the view. I’ve been committed to creating welcoming venues to appeal to a wide variety of clientele.
Tell us your favourite local place to eat/drink that is not your own.
Piccolo Cucina for great Italian and a truly professional experience. I also love Little Sister for innovative food, Tha Fish for seafood and Two Blocks for breakfast
What's your favourite local place or activity to unwind?
Nothing beats hiking through one of the local national parks to find a beautiful cool place to swim
Name your favourite unique local product or produce and why you like it.
This time of year you will find me eating mangos, pineapples and lychees – usually bought from roadside stalls
