Single Origin Chocolate - Made in FNQ

This week Made In FNQ features Australian Chocolate (Producers of Charley’s). They are a “cocoa tree to chocolate bar” producer of premium chocolate bars. The cocoa they use is grown on their Queensland plantations near Mission Beach and processed onsite. They also use premium cocoa beans from Karkar Island off the coast of Papua New Guinea. 

All their multi award-winning chocolate is carefully handcrafted using only the cocoa beans themselves, Australian sugar and top quality natural cocoa butter. All except one of their dark chocolate varieties are gluten free and suitable for vegans. For their milk chocolate varieties, they add only premium quality Australian full cream milk. 

In addition to their range of seven plain single origin varieties, Charley’s also features quintessential Australian inclusions like Davidson's plum, roasted macadamia, lemon myrtle, beach coconut and others. 

Their chocolate is presented in eye catching packaging featuring specially commissioned artwork by local Mission Beach artist Kim Rayner.
