Shannonvale Tropical Fruit Winery produces wines from fruits like passionfruit, ginger, lime, jaboticaba, and black sapote. Wines are crafted in a Northern European style, giving rise to a genuinely different set of sophisticated flavours often removed from the sticky and sweet fruit from which they are derived. The winery has been frequently awarded for producing a unique taste of the tropics.The cellar door is open for tastings six days per week, closed Monday, and is set amongst vibrant rainforest.
