Dynamic duo and charming Italian restaurant power couple Chef Vitalia Zanda and husband Antonio La Conte are at it again. Opening a new tribute to Italian coffee and cafe culture at the heart of the night markets Esplanade entrance. Adding to their two thriving ventures, Vitalia’s De Gustibus, brings a third and new dimension to their group, currently consisting of Vitalia’s Italian Restaurant at The Pier, and the late night Italian Street Food. The opening coincides with the release of Vitalia’s own book, recounting her recent serious health journey through cancer, documenting the power of her positivity and changing attitudes into recovery.
